Do you charge a service fee to come out?
The Service Call Fee is a fixed rate. This covers: travel time and fuel, diagnosis and full inspection of all the appliance functionality and electronic testing of individual components where applicable, research of the parts needs to do the reparation, quoted price for the repair. Our diagnostic fee is $140, or $110 if you book online (save $30 ).
My dryer runs but doesn't heat. Is it worth repairing?
Almost always. No heat is usually a heating element, thermal fuse or thermostat — common parts we carry. Repair typically costs far less than a new dryer.
Do you repair gas dryers and stacked washer-dryers?
No, only electric dryers - front-load and top-load, and stacked or all-in-one washer-dryer units, all major brands.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair comes with an up to 1-year warranty on parts and labour. If the same problem comes back during the warranty, we return at no charge.
Are you covering emergency in weekend & evening?
