It covers Mr Reparateur traveling time and fuel, vehicle expenses and the cost of labor to diagnostic the issue. This service call fee is considered as accepted and beholden at the moment you schedule the appointment no matter you decide to have your appliance repaired or not. If you decide to proceed after the diagnostic, labor and parts cost will be billed in addition to the service call fee. Mr Reparateur will inform you upfront of any applicable fees. He will not proceed without your authorization.

All services provided by Mr Reparateur carry up to 1-Year Warranty on labor applied from the date of his service & up to 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on parts if the appliance was operated and maintained as per the manufacturer's manual. The warranty covers products & services that are provided by Mr Reparateur ONLY. If any problems should arise during the warranty period, contact him and let him know the issue and he'll try his best to remedy the problem as soon as possible.
