The cost of repairing your appliance is based on the job, not the time the task takes.
Fixed Service Call Fee ........................................................ $120*
The Service Call Fee is a fixed rate. It is considered accepted and beholden when you schedule the appointment, whether you decide to have the appliance repaired or not.
Service Call Fee includes:
- Travel time and fuel
- Diagnosis and full inspection of all the appliance functionality and electronic testing of individual components where applicable
- Research of the parts needs to do the reparation
- Quoted price for the repair
Fixed Labor Fee** .................................................................... $60*
In addition to the Service Call Fee, if you accept the quoted price and decide to proceed with the reparation of your appliance, you will be invoiced with a fixed labor fee and the cost of the parts replaced.
Mr Reparateur use parts that come from multiple manufacturers and suppliers. He only uses brand new parts.
Fixed labor fee** does not include the cost of labor for major jobs.
Major jobs include but are not limited to: washing machine transmission, fridge compressor replacement, flange shaft tub spider assembly and bearings replacement. You will be informed of any applicable incremental fees.
Prior to proceeding with any repair, Mr Reparateur will always quote upfront the labor fee and the part cost. He will not proceed without your authorization.
Additional Technician Fee ................................................. $80*
Additional fees will be included if the jobs require a second technician (for example: services that require lifting of appliances).
