It covers Mr Reparateur traveling time and fuel, vehicle expenses and the cost of labor to diagnostic the issue. This service call fee is considered as accepted and beholden at the moment you schedule the appointment no matter you decide to have your appliance repaired or not. If you decide to proceed after the diagnostic, labor and parts cost will be billed in addition to the service call fee. Mr Reparateur will inform you upfront of any applicable fees. He will not proceed without your authorization.

- You can call us anytime during working hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday. You may prefer to send us an online request anytime 24/7. We will process this request during regular hours of operation and then contact you for confirmation.

- Your stove will be inspected to diagnose the problem and provide you with the BEST quote for the repair. If there is a need to order a part, another trip charge is not applied for a return visit.
- Once the stove is repaired and installed again, he will run a performance test to verify that everything is in working order.
- When your stove is back and working again, you will receive a warranty for the repaired stove / cook top in accordance with our warranty policy.
