It covers Mr Reparateur traveling time and fuel, vehicle expenses and the cost of labor to diagnostic the washer issue. This service call fee is considered as accepted and beholden at the moment you schedule the appointment no matter you decide to have your appliance repaired or not. If you decide to proceed with your washer reparation after the diagnostic, in addition to the service call fee you will be billed labor and parts cost. Mr Reparateur will inform you upfront of any applicable fees. He will not proceed without your authorization.
