It covers Mr Reparateur’s traveling time and fuel, vehicle expenses, and the cost of labor to diagnose the issue. This service call fee is considered accepted and beholden at the moment you schedule the appointment no matter whether you decide to have your appliance repaired or not. If you decide to proceed after the diagnostic, labor and parts costs will be billed in addition to the service call fee. Mr Reparateur will inform you upfront of any applicable fees. He will not proceed without your authorization.
